A leading UK refrigeration specialist is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its engineering team and oversee service, maintenance, and project delivery across commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to drive engineering performance, support business growth, and ensure high standards of technical delivery and customer service.

The Role:

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of refrigeration engineers across service, maintenance, and installations
• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and resource planning
• Provide technical leadership and support on complex refrigeration systems
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practice
• Support project delivery and contribute to operational and commercial performance
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager, Service Manager, or Senior Engineering leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial or industrial refrigeration systems
• Experience managing field-based engineering teams
• Good understanding of F-Gas and health & safety compliance
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Relevant refrigeration qualifications preferred
