The Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in HVAC installation and/or maintenance
- Currently in a supervisory role or ready to transition into site management
- Good understanding of health & safety and site coordination
- Confident communicator with clients, engineers and subcontractors
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

??The Role
An established HVAC contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical and air conditioning projects across London and the Midlands. This role would suit an experienced HVAC engineer looking to step off the tools, or someone already working in a supervisory or site management position.
You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and acting as the main point of contact on site to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
