Security Service Engineer
London / permanent / £32,000 Per annum
Service Security Engineer | London | £38,000 - £42,000 DOE + Callout (£100 standby) + Door-to-Door Travel Pay
Callout: 1 in 7 (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM servicing on CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
- Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance and optimal performance
- Identify and advise on any remedial works required (minimal hands-on repairs)
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimize downtime
- Carry out minor remedial works and component replacements (e.g., cameras, maglocks, single-door systems)
- Work with leading systems such as C-Cure, Paxton, ACT, Milestone, Hikvision, and Gallagher
- Configure and maintain IP-based security systems
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience servicing electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms)
- Basic knowledge of IP networking for security systems
- Full UK driving licence

The Role
