Service Account Manager
South East / permanent / £40,000 Per annum
Service Account Manager – Security | South East (home-based, client sites within the M25) | Up to £55,000 depending on experience + car / allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service delivery across multiple security sites
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients
- Monitor engineer performance and SLA compliance
- Analyse service data and produce performance reports
- Oversee small works, surveys and service improvements
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve service and grow accounts
- Ensure all works comply with industry standards and regulations
Technical Focus
- CCTV systems
- Access Control
- Intruder alarms (basic)
- Enterprise platforms such as:
- C-Cure
- Lenel
- Gallagher
Experience
- Background as a field engineer within security systems
- Previous experience in a Service Manager / Account Manager role
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
- Experience managing enterprise-level sites
- Ability to interpret data and manage SLA performance
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
