Fire & Security Service Engineer | Bristol Area | £35,000 - £45,000 Basic (DOE) + Callout + Profit Share + Vehicle

What You’ll Get

£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
Callout rota 1 in 5/6 – £10 per call-out + £20 per night (7 nights paid regardless)
Company vehicle – van or car (your choice)
Personal use allowed — just don’t take advantage
23 days holiday, rising to 25 after 2 years, plus bank holidays

The Role

Service & maintenance of fire alarm and/or security systems
PPMs, fault-finding, small remedial works
Commercial & retail client base – professional environments

Join a well-established fire and security specialist with over 20 years’ experience supporting commercial customers across the South West. They pride themselves on providing engineers with proper manufacturer-backed training, not just quick briefings. You’ll work on a variety of fire and security systems, keeping the role interesting and technically diverse without being overwhelming.
