Technical Sales and Customer Liaison | £30,000 – £34,000 basic (OTE up to £42,500 including commission/bonus)
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm, Mon-Fri (flexible)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, producing accurate quotations, and managing projects from enquiry through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation & Order Management: Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with clients, and manage orders through the pre-order process to ensure timely project progression.
- Client Engagement: Meet clients on-site and in the office, conduct surveys, and present company drawings, literature, and samples to demonstrate the benefits of our systems.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to develop bespoke solutions tailored to client requirements.
- System Design & Documentation: Learn to produce system designs, schematic diagrams, and mark-up drawings using company specifications and price lists.
- Presentation & Reporting: Create professional presentations and quotations, and communicate clearly with the estimation and design teams, sharing notes, drawings, photos, and project updates.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project status, and quotations using Insightly CRM.
- Customer Service: Handle client calls and enquiries, providing excellent service and support.
- Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers as needed to support project delivery.
- Marketing & Additional Duties: Assist with marketing initiatives or other tasks as required in a small, collaborative team environment.
Training & Development
Full product and system training will be provided to develop expertise in design, pricing, and project management, allowing you to take increasing responsibility as your knowledge grows.
Performance & Rewards
- KPIs include timely enquiry turnaround, quotation accuracy, and successful conversion of opportunities.
- Salary: £30,000 basic, rising to £34,000 post-training.
- Commission: Up to 20% of basic salary.
- Bonus: 5% of basic salary.
