Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose faults quickly and effectively, making timely repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure all client interactions are professional and courteous.
• Manage a range of installations and service requests across multiple sites in London.
• Complete detailed service records and reports for each job, ensuring full compliance with company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
• F-Gas certified (preferred) with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• A full UK driving licence.
