Key Skills & Experience

  • Currently working as a mechanical shift engineer in a hospital environment, carrying out mechanical breakdown maintenance and PPM on HVAC systems, AHUs, steam and hot water boilers, and BMS controls.
  • Strong background in store and facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drainage, refrigeration, fire alarm checks, emergency lighting, fire doors, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance.
  • Experienced on a wide range of sites including NHS hospital, retail stores, gym facilities, commercial mechanical projects, and industrial engineering environments.
  • Worked previously on plumbing/heating, mechanical fitting, maintenance technician and handyman roles, with practical experience in installation, servicing, fault finding, inspection and planned preventative maintenance.
